hi im new to this board.i have lupus fibro DDD.ive been doing chemo for alittle over a year now and take alot of meds.i walk with a cane and havent excersised in a long time .i just was not able to .so i put on weight and now im miserable .not sure what i should start with.i am also getting shots into my spine for my DDD.help i want to do something .can anyone advise me .thank you...marie

You should really consult your doctor about that. Unless someone else is particularly familiar with the condition and treatment, I don't think it would be very responsible to advise you one way or another. Your doc should be able to direct you in starting a safe exercise regimen. The safest thing I can think of is swimming, but again, make sure you have the nod from your physician.
