OK so I don't have carpal tunnel anymore. The surgery 2 years ago was successful. But I now have tendonitis. So, have any of you gotten cortisone shots? I've heard it hurts quite a bit. I've also read where you can get a freeze block to block the nerve from hurting during the procedure. I wonder where in my hands they will give me the shot since both hands hurt in several places. Anything you can share with me will help.
