Today I went to an ent specialist who diagnosed me with acid reflux. I actually feel a huge relief since I thought I may have throat cancer.
According to the specialist acid reflux is not serious. He gave me some medicin to take for 6 weeks. Did any of you have acid reflux and did it go away?

Go to the acid reflux board. It normally doesn't just go away with out serious life style changes. My husband and I have had it for years.. and my father in law.. grandfathers..

It is linked to things like sleep apnea, allergies and just plan ole genetics.
