hey everyone! Im new here and would like to know if anyone could help me out? Im interested in having a revision done on my nose. I have a deviated septum and a bulbous tip. My nose is also crooked and I have uneven nostrils. :dizzy: I was wondering if anyone could suggest a really good surgeon who would be courageous enough to go the long mile and completely fix me up. Ive been to a couple surgeons- court cutting and philip miller who both didnt think I should touch my nose because it would be difficult to fix. Ive narrowed my search down to dr pastorek and dean toriumi. Ive heard both surgeons do a fantastic job but I also heard that pastorek is very light handed. He might work for me but I would like to find more surgeons to choose from. Does anyone have any suggestions or pics I can see that are similar to my situation?? any thing helps!!
thanks !!

I've heard good things about Toriumi, so if I were you I would consult with him too.

I used Dr. Nicholas Tabbal, over time my tip became bulbous also, he refined the tip without changing the way I looked. I was scared, so I made sure he understood that I didn't want a drastic change, now I think I should have been a little less conservative, but I am still happy with the results. I healed immediately, he did an open procedure so that he could get to the tip, the scar were not noticeable after a week.
