I have been feeling like crap today and part of it is this sinus headache that won't go away. It's not so much that the headache itself REALLY hurts (more annoying) but I have felt nauseated all day. Can allergies do this?

I get nausea when my allergies are bad because I get dizzy from my sinuses being clogged, like a vertigo feeling. Does it feel like your sinuses are bothering you as well?

Could it be a migraine?
Not sure...don't migrains usually have to REALLY hurt? This is just a persistent annoying pain that let's me know it's there.

No.. Migraines may not hurt to bad, but cause light sensitivity.. nausea and such.
I get sinus pressure induced visual migranes.. which cause me to lose visual focus at times when my allergies are bad.
Excessive drainage is the big allergy nausea culprite.
Sincerely,
MG

That may be what I have then. I also was told that I have a pool of fluid behind one of my ears. Not sure what to do about that. I can't remember what the doc said to do.

Decongestants and anti-histamines and nasal sprays.. that is about it unless you need anti-biotics.
Sincerely,
MG
