Hi everyone :)
I'm trying to loose weight, again! I'm 26 and have been dieting on and of since my early teens. I have an attic full of exercise equipment but always seem to get fed up with each machine. If anyone else feels the same way try belly dancing. I've just started it after reading about a girl who got down to her target size by doing this dance. It's fun learning the dances plus your co-ordination gets better and the steps target everywhere. Hopefully I'll get down to a healthy weight although my main problem is will power, I just don't seem to have any.
Good luck all

I took belllydancing classses for a while. It was very fun, if you are at all a good dancer. However if you struggle with dancing it probably isnt the best for you. If you are good at bellydancing it did slightly help me lose weight but i dont personally think that is is the best way to lost weight if that is your goal.
