I'm a teen and have a bit of a large belly. What are some good exercises to reduce the size and flatten it out?

I've been doing cardio workouts for a while but it doesnt seem to be working the way I hoped it would.

Thanks

There are several exercises for you ab area, but spot reduction just isn't possible. You will need to combine a healthy diet with exercise to see any results.

i suggest that you stick to cardio if you have a considerable belly. that way you will lose fat from all over your body including your belly and have a healthy heart. otherwise, if you start to workout your abs by ab workouts or lifing, your abs will get bigger but your fat will still be there, so your belly will look as though you are fatter because the ab muscles are bigger. so you have to lose your fat from your belly first through cardio and then work on your abs so that you can have the stomach of your dreams.
