Ive been getting itchy forearms and lower legs recently. It may be from some allergy working in the supermarket. Can cardboard those fine particles that fly when you open a cardboard box be to blame? Ive also been riding my bike a lot at different temperatures sometimes in warm clothers, etc. Maybe sweat from riding my bike?

Cra, when your legs and arms get itchy do you see hives or a rash or anything?

not really any hives just red and a few small scratches probably from the itching. So the main sympton is itchieness and the marks are from me scratching I guess.

Ive had hives before like my whole body when I took creatine ethyl ester if that helps.

If you are sneezing and getting irritated eyes and throat as well you are most likely looking a t a dust based allergen. Those tiny flying particles. If it is not effecting your internal systems (sneezing/itchy eyes/cough/wheezing) If it is just itching at the site of contact and exposure your looking at a contact dermatitus/exyzma issue.

For internal sneezing/itchy eyes/cough/wheezing take an anti-histamine.
For external itching at the site of contact and exposure take an anti-histamine and use a hydrocortizome cream. You can not use OTC cortizome on your face and must wash your hands after application.

Sincerely,
MG
