It has happened twice when i was sleeping I'd be awoken by a whoosing sound in my ears, it's kinda like wind going through my ears. What causes this? And does anyone else get it?

there is an artery by the ear drum, you coul of briefly heard it.

Go to a dentist and get checked for TMJ.
