I am 28 years old and for the past 3 months ive had "Floaters" and squiggly lines in my field of vision. I only really notice them in well lit areas, especially outside in the daytime. From what i understand, retinal detachment is far more common in middle and old age people, and from my research, those are some of the symptoms. My dad mentioned he has had them as well for a long time, and he went to the eye doctor recently and was told there was no cause for concern. Any one experiencing anything similar??

My grandma had mild floaters. She started taking a supplement called bilberry and since taking them she hasn't had a problem. I think this only works with mild floaters.

I have had floaters since I was 29 years old. They are basically just a nuisance. I am now 60 years old and I deal with them day in and day out. The best advice I can give you is to see a good eye doctor for reassurance and then try to forget about them (believe me there are days that is hard to do). Good luck and God Bless.

Any point you might go for another opinion to see if everything is Ok . Don't want to full around with the eyes the only pair you will have in life > I would go cheched out again with another eye doctor .
