My husband and I are trying for a baby and I figured since my last 2 children were on Nutramigen and Alimentum this soon to be baby would be put on the same. My son was on Nutramigen for a couple months, however my daughter who is the youngest was on Alimentum until she was 4 years old. I have developed a Peanut allergy since she was born in 1994, and was wondering what formula to start the new baby on when it is born? Plus I have Asthma and many other allergies, for example: Animal,Tree,Grass,Weeds, inhalant and Fungi. Any answers are appreciated and helpful!TY in advance

Breast milk would be the best in your case.. severe allergies run in my families and unfortunately my sisters child started out allergic to her own breastmilk and had to go to the Nutramigen as well.
I was able to pump and stock pile enough for my child's first 14 months. I was able to suppliment my breast milk with similac advanced as well. But formula induced severe constipation and colic.
What reactions are/have your children had on the formulas?
