Ive been doing a lot of reading on this site. I have been researching different stuff (shortcuts for building muscle) i see stuff like L- glutamine and cartine and etc. I want to know what is the most common and time tested supplements (other than protien creatine and androstien stuff) I like it when lots of people post up there ideas its give me a wider view of different techniques. Tell me some of your daily supplemental routines. Thanks in advance

Im still gonna have to reccomend NO2 even though some people talk bad on it. Its the best supplement ive bought so far, including creatine.
