I've had a encounter with a sex worker 2 yrs back. It was just mutual mastrubation.
i've had condom on when she did oral to me. I also did finger her..(but with bare hands)
am i at risk?? i read from internet that its negligible risk.
But i have 2 enlarged lymph nodes in my neck for 3-4 months. I'm scared about this nodes.
Please help me out

symptoms have nothing to do with determining your hiv status.
the only way to know is to be tested.
from what you discribe you were not at risk.
but if you need the piece of mind go get tested.
good luck

No, as stated you are not at risk, your exposure was very small and carries ultra low risk. I have seen studies that show that hand to genital contact carries zero risk but clearly you are concerned.
It is worth knowing and remembering, that symptoms are never a reliable indicator of your HIV status. Many people get swollen glands for many reasons. The symptoms of HIV affect many people all the time, they are normal everyday events, but when you are worried, concerned, they play on your mind all the time.
Please take the advice you have been given, if in any doubt whatsoever about your HIV status, go for a blood test. This is the only way to confirm your status.
I would not second guess your results but from what you have said it is extremely unlikely you have been infected with HIV, through the circumstances you describe.
Take care Kevin

you have no reason to be afraid of any hiv test, you have alot to gain and nothing to lose!
