i heard the only weight to make veins in your arms and chest pop out is to lose the fat around the areas. is this true or is there another way to make the veins 'splode out :) ?

well, yeah pretty much. but if you do high intensity cardio for about 20 mins it helps to widen your arteries and veins and if you do low intensity cardio for about 45 mins it will develop capillary beds. That's pretty much all I got

see i have been working my arms a ton waiting for veins to bulge.. my fore arms are getting there but my biceps... nothin... i run 3.5 miles a day now and i can see changes
