Hey all,
I haven't hit the gym in about a year, and I've lost a lot of the muscle mass I had. It wasn't much to begin with, as I really didn't have an idea of what I was doing, so I want to start it right this time.
I've read that I'm supposed to do a full body workout about 3 times a week, just to get my foundation strength. Anyhow, I have some questions regarding this routine: Do I do one exercise per muscle group? Also, what consists of a muscle group? For instance, when I work arms, do I work only tris and bis? Or do I work tris, bis, brachilis(sp), and wrist? Lastly, how many sets and reps should I aim for? 1X15 or 2X15?
Thanks in advance :)

you're thinking of Chi or Qi (either spelling is valid).
Unfortunately, I can't provide a good answer to the original post as I'm just learning proper stuff myself.

Yea, it's either Chi, Qi, or Ki. I believe you were thinking of "ki-ai", the shout they have in Karate.
