Remember the stretch thing I did and hurt my back? I was wondering how you felt after your incident with the dog and your herniation, because now I think I have really hurt myself. I called Doctor and the gave me permission for xtra morphine but it still hurts really bad.

Owwwwwwwwwwww!! I am so sorry you are in so much pain. When I first did the dog thing, I had a ripping searing pain down my back which slowly revolved into sciatica all the way down to the toes. I knew something was wrong because the pain continued on and on and I never got better after a couple of weeks.

Hope this helps and I will lift you up in prayer.

Thanks diet. Right now the pain is literally in my butt and radiating down both legs. Oh god I hope I didn't herniate something new. And also thanks for the prayer. My dougiebears mom has me as a regular for prayer on their church bulletin. She took me off a few weeks ago when I was doing better so i blame this on her. (not really) but i did have her put me back on the prayer list.

I sure hope that by resting and taking the meds helps and that it is just a muscle pull.

You are certainly on my prayer list

Good luck feel better soon.

Keep us posted

I am sorry sweete. I think it will be a matter of time before you know if it is something more than a pulled muscle.

A little better but I think it maybe cause the increase in pain meds. I feel alot less spazzy then yesterday but there is a nagging ache right above my tailbone and my legs still feel weird. I was up all night last night. I could not find any comfortable position lying down. So I stayed up and read the boards. Thank for checking on me. Hopefully I will sleep tonight and post in the morning. Dee:)

do you feel the inclination to stay off the leg that has the pain in the but?
is the pain where the ilium and the sacrum join?
is the pain around the belt line?
I only ask due to the way you said how your symptoms are
and does it force you to hunch foreward.
do you fatigue after walking short distances?
If some of this sounds partially right look into SacroIliac disfunction.
slipping and falling are good ways to mess it up but not the only ways.

I hope you have started to feel better and hope you recover.
