hi everybody, hope your all keeping well. im having my 1st epidural on wednesday. im a bit nervous but i will let you all know how i get on !:wave:

:wave: Craig!! I just love that little waving guy!! Please remember the procedure itself is not usually painful, the day of the procedure is pretty much another normal day, but the next couple days after the injection it is normal to have some additional pain from the injection.

I will lift you up in prayers on Wednesday and pray that this injection will provide you with some much needed relief.

Well craig i as well wish you the best of luck with the injection, I also hope that it improves your quality of life and pain. Remember, it is not uncommon for the first injection to "not work" or work only mildly. In my experience Dr's will do a series of 3 injections. well best of luck and please post if you need to blow steam or ask question, i know i will lol !!

Seriously you'll do fine. The only thing w/the epi injections is that you can feel the meds going down your leg..Like a hot wave, or almost a shock. its not that bad, but that freaked me out so much, no one told me about that...but it is the only injection I had that ever gave me relief, and immediate. I remember driving home moving my back like I haven’t in a long time.
Unfortunately mine didn’t last, but maybe yours will.
