Do you mean the Omega 3's fish oils?
I do not have any side effects. A couple of people I know complain of a fishy aftertaste...just like when one eats garlic...then burps and a bit of a garlicky odor/taste comes up. We were just discussing it earlier today.
What side effects do you get? If the recommended daily dose is followed, there should not be any problems.

I have been having gastrointestinal problems,increased heart rate, and anxiety. Not sure if it is the fish oil, or the multi, which has extra b vitamins, etc in it.

I too have gastrointestinal problems. This does not surprise me, though, because I am on a bunch of meds with pretty nasty side effects. On top of that, I take a bunch of supplements which I would like to cut down on. Unfortunately, I cannot decide which ones to eliminate as I feel I need them all. That is why I cannot be sure what causes my problems. I take multi's, too.

I stopped taking the Mega multi, and fish oil. Just cannot tolerate. Only a regular vitamin, centrum, and fish oil is good for you, but it kills me.
