Sorry, but you cannot choose where you will lose fat. You may want it off your stomach but that doesn't mean that when you lose fat it will come from that area. As a matter of fact, the area that you are predisposed to gain fat is the last area that will show fat loss.

Cottage Cheese...uh YUCK! Well if you like it and it is about the same as tuna I guess it wouldn't hurt if it has a little more fat not a lot tho...!

you can buy fat free cottage cheese if you don't mind the funky taste. also, cottage cheese has an extra 5 grams of carbs as compared to tuna which has none. it's not that much but it is something to consider if you plan on eating a lot of it.

yeah i know i can't spot reduce..im just trying to get cut...i heard nuts are fatty but are good for building muscle or soemthing idunno if that will clash with my trying to burn fat however...and for teh cottage cheese...so is it still a better idea to stick with the tuna...

i find that if i don't get any fat at all, i have very little energy. I've been eating a handfull of peanuts with some fruit for meal #3 or #4 of the day (out of 5 or 6) and find that i have plenty of energy for the gym later on.

ps: lowfat cottage cheese is good with fruit, like chopped pineapple.

They add carbs to fat free cottage cheese .
You may as well eat the regular kind. Tastes better and has way fewer carbs.
