Hi, I have like..a naturally built and big chest..sort of, its not really muscles, it's just that my rib bones are big..is this a good or bad thing? Im afraid that doing any chest exercises would increase it..

I would kill to have had that, just do shaping exercises to cet it all cut up and muscled out then maintain it while building your arms and you're set I had a naturally skinny chest and bulk up to 56" of muscle which took about 4 years.

good luck man

I agree just bulk up your arms and shoulders that way your body looks in porportion. Don't even worry about it, most guys have sunken or flat chests and have to seriously workout to create any kind of bulk. when you do chest exercises just do a little bit of weight with a allot of reps. That will give you definition to your chest without bulkin up.

hope it helps

By low reps, how many do you mean? 10 pound? 30 pound?

I would say do about 15-20 reps with a weight that makes you feel it burn. The best way to find that weight is trial and error.
