Ok, I know neither is good for you, but every few days I like to have a sugary beverage...which is less bad for you, pop (usually Dr. P) or Koolaid?

I would say it depends on the sugar content. What ever had less sugar is better for you. Some may take into account Dr P's high in caffine; but personally I would just drink which ever has less sugar/carbs.

I would say KoolAid is less bad for you. If you're making your own, you can control the sugar. And sodas have quite lot of chemicals, phosphates, carbonation etc. Koolaid is a lot simpler. IMHO.

Hello, Carbonation eats away at stuff like the nice shiney finish on floors and too much (and lack of proper brushing) can eat away at the dental cement used to hold braces in place. (I know. I had braces.)How about Gatoraid or fruit juices? They're sweet.

on another note, neither one is GOOD for you but pop will also dehydrate you
For every carbonated drink, you should drink one glass of water and for every alcoholic drink you should drink 2 glasses of water
