My questions for you:
Do you load up on Creatine the first week of your cycles? (I know the advantages and disadvantages to loading- I'm just curious as to what you all do.)
How much creatine do you take during the maintenance phase? (I've read anywhere from 2.6 grams to 5 grams a day is all that is needed for a person my size- 190 lbs.)
When is the best time to take it on the off days that you don't lift? (morning, evening, after meal, before meal, etc)

I always load up on creatine .... 5 grams, 5 times a day for 5 days.
I'd say my maintenance dose is about 5 grams once a day.
On the days I don't lift, I usually take the creatine shortly after waking up.

I generally do 5g doses 4x per day while loading for about 4-5 days, then the above mentioned 5g maintenance dose per day after that. On non-lifting days, I just take it whenever most convenient, though that is usually at night. Hope that helps. Good luck.

loading- 5 grams 4 times a day for 5 days
maintenance-5 grams 2 times a day (before and after
workout)
off days-5 grams right when I wake up, and 5
right before I go to bed.
make sure not to take more than 12 grams a day on maintenance days (your body will just waste it) and try to take pure creatine instead of flavoured stuff there's alot of sugar in flavoured stuff and you can get a better buy for your buck on the pure.

Years ago I always heard you should load up on it but in the last few years you don't hear it so much. In fact I hear the opposite from my people in the supplement bussines (they say don't load, it's a waste). It's not necessary. I've loaded on it before and not loaded on it before and I could tell no difference. It won't hurt to load up on it but it's not necessary.
