Hey all,
I am trying to get more flexible....I stretch my hamstrings everyday (been doing it for 4 months). I can reach down and touch the floor no prb, but each day is seems like im starting in the same position...I can't get my palms on the floor (my goal). Any suggestions for being able to get more flexible?
