Today I was really putting a hard workout at the gym, sweat EVERYWHERE and I noticed tingling in my fingers. Is this a problem? Is this a sign im working too hard? or is it ok to ignore it

That's hard to say. It could be smething like a pulled muscle or a pinched nerve. What workout were you doing today? Like cardio, weights or both?

Was just doing some sprinting on the treadmill and started to feel tingling in my left hand little finger

Last night I decided to go on my treadmill and needless to say it has been a while. When I got off the treadmill, my legs were quivering. It was weird. I have never experienced this before. I would be interested to see if this is the same kind of thing and why it would happen.

That's kind of scary - was it only your left hand? (side of your heart...)
I don't know, though. When I run (or used to, now that I can't) outside, I have to wear gloves because my hands always lose circulation. Maybe because the blood is pumping to your heart so much (and leg muscles, because those are being worked)? Sorry, I don't have a good answer, but I don't think it's that odd.
If you have heart concerns, I'd be worried. If not, then maybe not work so hard next time. :)

I don't really have an answer either, but I'm curious. I get tingling that leads to numbness in my feet and toes while I'm on the elliptical - it happens every time I work out. I've always wondered why - but I just figured it was poor circulation.

My feet always go numb on the elliptical - and ONLY the elliptical - I hate it! Because of that I've been avoiding that machine...seriously, I don't know why I have problems JUST with that machine.
Viccles, the more I think about it, the more I can think of all the runners at the gym who sway their arms after they've been running for a bit. There's this girl who runs for a half hour or so, and after about 20 minutes, she'll be running with her arms straight down...I bet it's the same thing...

Same thing for me with the elliptical machine. It's my toes that get numb and tingle. I seem to have slowed the amount of time it takes for them to go numb by changing the position of my feet. I started with my feet facing forward then I turn my feet slightly outward when they start to tingle or go numb I turn them slightly inward. I stand on my toes to give my calves a workout which actually gives them much needed break. I dont know why it it less painful while on my toes but it helps.
My right arm will be covered in dripping sweat yet the left arm is only a little wet. Makes no sense at all.
The treadmill if it's on an incline to high will give me shin splints while running. My big toes are numb but that's usually cause I just got off the elliptical machine after and hour

Thanks guys. I'm only 22 and I don't believe I have any heart problems. I had a stress test about 2 years ago and nothing showed up. Probably was swinging my arms a little too much

this happens to me but while lifting weights. especially when i'm working the bicep. i get a tingling sensations in my hands and in my bicep but i think it's only because the blood is rushing in and the muscle is getting used to it. i don't know about why it happens during running though.
