Ive been on a diet since monday and been to the gym everyday, why today im i feeling fatter than i was on monday? i dont get it. I know itl take a while for me to lose some weight but i still dont see the reason behind this

You may just be retaining some water. 2.5 days isn't nearly enough to have any significant results as far as body fat goes, so please don't panic. :) For today and tomorrow try decreasing your salt intake, increase your water, and have a couple cups of tea or coffee. It will help you to shed some water weight and will probably help you to feel less heavy or bloaty.
