View Full Version : Seasonal Allergies?

For starters, the only things that I have been allergic to are bee stings and the medication Toridol. Other than that, in the past I have had mild seasonal allergies.

About a month ago I started to get what I believed to be hives (little red hard bumps, sometimes looking rash-like) on my arms, legs, and neck. My derm took a look at them and said they were indeed hives. I went to Florida for a week and the rash intensified whenever I was out in the sun, upon returning home my derm prescribed me Allegra for the morning and Clarinex at around 5pm.

The past few days it has been rather warm and my hives have gotten out of control. I've never had this problem with allergies before and I was wondering if anybody can shed some light on it. Is it typical to get hives from seasonal allergies?

I should probably also add that I haven't changed any lotions or detergents...I have been using the same stuff for a long time!!
Thanks in advance!
