i gotta lose 25 pounds in 44 days. i run 2 miles a day, lift intensly 3-4 times a week. im about to start my HIIT cycle. i jump rope for 10-15 mins every day. and i just started a low fat, reduced cal diet today... think it will happen? im currently 215lbs at 6'3 .. my target weight is 190 maybe 185....

Possible, but expect some of you lost weight to be muscle. Be careful about low fat when trying to lose weight. What most products remove in fat is just replaced with carbs. And heathy fats are very good when trying to burn fat. Just something to think about.

Sure... if you want to be another skat person (skinny fat) because a lot of the weight loss is going to be muscle. This is an extreme amount of weight to lose in such a short amount of time... at least in a healthy way. Why the need to lose... 215 at 6'3" is a damn good size if you have muscle to back it up.

I dont know much about this stuff. im just curious. why did you set the goal at 44 days?

25lbs in 44 days is alot of weight to lose.
Losing two pounds a week is extremely impressive. I'm sure it is possible but you may get sick and be starving for calories. Also losing weight this fast can be very hard on your heart which will weaken your immune system. But good luck anyways

see right now im losing about 2lbs of fat a week... but i want to lose it faster! im fat nowhere on my body except stomach and lower back... im sick of having a gut... had one since i was like 10y/o and im sick of this mass of lard holding me back :(

oi, I know how ya feel man. I can see my top ripple of my abs, yet I can still grab a handful of fat on the lower part of my gut. The rest of my body is primarily lean like the top ripple of my abs. It's very annoying, eh.

First of all, how do you know that you are losing 2 pounds of FAT per week? How do you know that it is not muscle tissue and water as well as fat? Usually, rapid weight loss is not indicative of FAT loss, rather water and muscle tissue in combination with some fat.

Unless you go for expensive testing, it's impossible to know whether you are losing fat, muscle, water, etc...

How about give yourself 6 months to lose that weight. I realize you probably want the weight gone for some occasion, but if you want to continue on the weight-loss/weight-gain rollercoaster, give yourself more time. Did it take you 44 days to gains that weight?

see i think im losing fat because my muscles are becoming more visible , larger , and stronger. see... i wanna lose my gut so i can walk around w/o my shirt and not be ashamed of my fat ass chubs flopping around... it's so damn frustrating having this lard chain me down im so sick of it... im ready to get some garden shears and just chop it off.

Yeah, i know the feeling man... I'm 5'8" and around 175lbs... the 'ideal' weight for a guy my height/age is supposed to be 154lbs, but i can tell you right now i would be skin and bones if i weighed 154. At 6'3" i'm not sure what your 'ideal' weight would be, but i can tell you, the hardest part to get rid of is that extra flab around the gut/lovehandles/back... and yes, i do agree that it's embarrasing to go to the beach and take off your shirt when you have this fat sticking out over the top of your waistband... if i have no clothes on it's almost like the 'spare tire' goes away, but as soon as i put on pants, it's back again, sticking out in weird places... the worst part is that, like you, i'm in really good shape otherwise. my chest/arms are totally fine, but the gut just won't go away, no matter how friggin hard i try... good luck to you.
