Earlier at church today one of the guys in my youth group was kicking a soccer ball around with his bare feet. I picked up the ball off the ground once while he was kicking it. Later we saw some blood on the ball from a cut he had on his foot. I checked my hands and saw none of his blood on them from what i could tell. i was just wondering if you could be exposed to a disease like hiv in a situation like this.

nope,it cannot be transfered in that manner,you were safe from hiv.

I think you're safe. If you didn't see any blood in you then you are okay. And yes, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask!
