I used to go to the gym and the squats were great. Gym it's not very convinient for me anymore, and sitting all day hasn't help my lower body to keep the shape I wanted.

Any video that youd would suggest for working out thighs? I need some serious tonning and better shaping (not so concerned with loosing weight) at home settings..

thanks all

Slimming thighs is losing weight. You can do the leg work, but building the muscle doesn't exactly slim them. If you just want to tone the muscle again, you have a lot of options. The Tae Bo series is decent for legs as well as general cardio. Pilates is pertty core and leg intensive. Even the old Legs of Steel isn't a bad leg workout for home. Even stairs or jogging will help bring muscle tone back to your legs.

Hi there ,

I have many workout well DVD's but I expect you can get tapes .

My favorites for the bottom half are:

Tami Lee I want that body with three workouts one for arms ,one abs and one buns each about ten minutes each section has various levels and it's great .

Winsor Pilates Bun and thigh

The Lotte Berk Method high round assests

and The Bar Method Body designer sculpting 45 min's very good work out ,I didn't like the ab routine so much but the thigh and seat workout is great . The women doing the exercises is I think 60 and looks AMAZING , she studied the Lotte Berk Method so it is similar , but the set up is much more modern .

They worked for me , good luck !!
