:D Smoked half again today then what I smoked yesterday!! I am patting myself on the back!!! lol I refuse to give up - at the rate Im cutting back, I bet by next week I can join the quitters club:blob_fire

Thats almost exactly what I did when I first started the Chantix. Heck...at times I would actually just forget about smoking all together. And the taste just kept getting worse and worse. You'll be in the quitters club soon!!! :wave:

taste pretty yucky - worse when I brush my teeth after I smoke - gotta remember to do that!
