i looked back again and you have a few things in your favor
one is the girls after you are neg
the other is you have shown no symptoms
all of that points to that you are ok !
if the worst happens it won't mean the end of the world, you will be around and having fun for a long time.
you life will change but also it will be far from over
i thought mine was done and 10 years later i'm still kickin *&^ and taking prisoners :)

I keep telling myself that the odds are in my favor, as I know that he had unprotected sex with one of the ex-girlfriends for almost 2 years and the other for a year or so... For me we had one unprotected encounter in which he did not even do his business inside of me (not sure if this makes a difference or not). Here's hoping and praying!

you will be fine,your in fear and when i was diagnosed, i had no fear, even when i was sick as a dog,i never thought that i had it, when they told me it was like a truck ran me over. i did get back up and i can't say its been a bed of roses but i can't complain either given the circumstance.

and you might be getting worked all up over nothing.
the odds are that you are fine,its when you don't expect it is when it will get you. also there have been many cases that one partner is pos and the other neg,i bet that you another one like that!

So, I just found my surgery paperwork... Turns out I was tested for HIV. Since I never heard anything otherwise, I'm assuming tomorrow will be negative. Thank you all for all your support!

You will be fine, irrespective of the outcome. All the odds are stacked in your favor. Incidentally did you know that statistically the odds of transmitting HIV from one person to another through unprotected sex is calculated at being between 500 and 1000 to one?

Plus it looks like you have already been tested negative and it seems unlikely he was HIV positive when you were together.

I'm definitely negative. Got the results this morning!! I am so relieved. Thank you all for your amazing support. You have all taught me that even if the worst happens it is not the end of the world. I only hope I can help other people to be smart in their decisions and support my ex in this. Thanks.
