Please can anyone help, I have been getting increasing symptoms slowly over several years.

Symptoms:
hypoglycemia
cant gain weight (gained no weight at all over the last 3 years) and recently lost a couple of pounds (eating normally) BMI 16
anxiety evern over insignificant things
lack of energy / stamina- slow walking or going upstairs cause me to become tired and need to rest for short while
cold especially hands and feet (always cold)
hair has become thinner and comes out easily

i have no obvious discolouration of skin.

Been to GP done bloods,
thyroid normal
not aneamic
fasting blood glucose 1.2mmol
U + E's normal
Been put on antidepressants recently did nothing much for me and didnt resolve my symptoms.

Does this sound like it could be some sort of adrenal problem?
Thank you.
