I want to thank everyone for their support during my first week of quiting. There have been a few rough patches but nothing bad enough to send me back to smoking. My method of quiting has been great and even the side effects have been tolerable.
I never thought I'd be able to say "I don't smoke".

congrats phil Keep up the good work!!! It will be 1 month for me next tuesday. I quit using the pill which cannot be named. It's kind of weird but I have been having some pretty strong cravings today which is pretty out of the ordinary. Nothing I can't handle though. Keep on keepin on!!

Congratulations to you for making it through an entire month:blob_fire :jester:
I wonder why the strong cravings today, perhaps it has something to do with all the chemicals in the cigaretts being gone from your body or some such thing. Stay strong, drink lots of water and as you know they will pass and tomorrow will be a wonderful day.
