Does anyone get weak and shaky like their blood sugar drops when they get a hot flash? T. :confused:

Yes, I get that weird shaky, jittery feeling after a hot flash and sometimes before. It's just like a bad case of low blood sugar but eating doesn't help and I just try to go about my business until it passes but, it does make me concerned about all these hormone shifts etc. My poor body doesn't know what it going to happen next with all the shifts in hormone levels. thanks for responding to my post. I thought that this could be part of a hot flash. It doesn't happen all the time but has been happening more to me lately. I have been riding it out. I hate all of these changes!!! :dizzy:
