I am a female and I have 50 lbs to lose will that increase or reduce the appearance my cleft chin ? I truely hate it and makes feel like a man .I don't want to put sillicon or anything because I don't want unnatural substance sin my body .can a lipostructure improve the appearance of a cleft chin and will it appear natural and how much will it cost .thanks in advance
