Hi I suffer multiple allergies and I am 16 weeks pregnant. My doc told me only topical meds such as a nasal spray can be used. Before I became preg I took zyrtek every day. I am suffering now without anything.

1. Are normal, ingested meds an absolute no no during pregnancy?
2. Can anyone recommend a good, effective topical spray?

I took Zyrtec, Nasonex, and Entex LA every day of my pregnancy. They were all safe.
