Anyone out there had rotator cuff subluxation and Shoulder Impingement Symdrome? If so, how long did it take to heal?

Hi my shoulders are both torn and i have spurs on both, when i was a young man i pitched baseball alot. Right now i am in therapy 3 days a week and the pain is intense, My sports Dr has told me if they dont heal soon he will scope and fix them one at a time. Take it day by day and see how you feel, are you in alot of pain? Randy

I have got this or what is so closely related to it. I have got calcifications on both shoulders now. It started in my right shoulder where I couldn't hold anything in one place for too long before the pain set in. And at night time it would get lock into the position avove my head and the wife had to help my arm back to where it should be. I got that operated on and it was okay for about 14 months then I slowly could feel it coming back. To the point where I had to see my local doctor for him to inject some quarterzone in it. Its better today than it was yesterday.
I also had my left shoulder operated on and this was a complete stuff up as I have got a scar that you could alomst park a car in. I was told my other shoulder scar was a joke and this one was going to look like a piece of art. I did get a staf infection in it while in hospital. But this still isn't the point. I can feel that my shoulder is getting bad to the point of where it was before the operation.
Now I know you would like to know how long ago these were the first one was 18 ago the left shoulder was only 4 months ago. And I know people will say it take 6 month to recover for this type of operastion. Fair enough but you in yourself know when things have worked or not.
