Can anyone give me some advise on the subject of astigmatism. It's so annoying not to be able to read because my eyes get blurry quite often. I have it in both eyes. I hear there is little anyone can do. Any natural remedies?

Glasses are very natural, nothing to ingest or put in your eye, and they are a fun fashion accessory.
Why not get glasses so you can see clearly?

As SP says, glasses. Or contacts made especially for astigmatism. Laser surgery is also an option.

I had my contacts made slightly weaker than what the doctor wanted for distance vision. This actually makes it easier to read. Ask your doctor about "functional vision" in correction vs. the perfect vision they try to give you. They wanted me to wear strong contacts for distance correction and then use reading glasses to correct for astigmatism when I'm on the computer. I opted for slightly weaker contacts and am now able to use both the computer and see well enough for distance. (I wear -9 contacts when they actually wanted me to wear -9.5.)

Dunno if that's helpful but thought I'd mention it,
Sidony

I do wear glasses....my eyes are still blurry. Yes, I have them checked regulary as recent as 3 weeks ago. They still go blurry.

Do you have single vision lenses or progressives? My progressives are blurry on the sides, so I use other glasses for certain activities.
