Hello Everyone,
This is day 9 without smoking - YIPPEEE! Today seems different as I'm craving sweets:eek: I did have some grapes but broke down and opened a box of chocolates that someone here at work gave to me, not a big deal. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen around this time. Could it be the medication or just lack of nicotine:rolleyes:
Thanks
Hey Mom how are you doing - it must be close to 14 hours:wave:

If I had a peanut butter cup or two I would gladly send it your way:rolleyes:
The craving has past - I hate a huge dinner and had a piece of pie then a large glass of water. I should be okay, until tomorrow:dizzy:

Been craving sweets since I stopped. Hard candies help with the immediate need...if the craving really gets to me, it's fruity yogurt...not so many calories and low fat. Hang in there, we are there for you!! Peanut butter cups are mentally heading your way!!

Philmajor,
CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING SMOKE FREE FOR 9 DAYS!! Way to Go !!:blob_fire :blob_fire
I didn't crave sweets as much as I craved salty. I kept sunflower seeds in my mouth all the time.
Good Luck to you!!
