My son has sinus allergies and lately has been getting fevers that seem to last a day or two. Only other symptom is a runny nose, he doesn't have nausea or anything else. His fever will go away for a few weeks then come back again for a day or two. It has been really windy lately. Could allergies be the cause of this?

Yes if it is stimulating allergic sinusittus and he is fighting off sinus infections.

My son does this too.. only it spirals until he has a full blown rip roaring sinus infections.

Sincerely,
MG

I've never heard of allergies causing fever, but they can cause sinus infection which can cause a fever. Has he been checked for sinusitis?
