i have been short of breath for a while now and i want to get blood work done to check my hormones, but what hormones should i have checked? there are so many dif ones.

Testosterone & estrogen E2 are the most powerful.

My doctor did a complete hormone panel: progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, estrogen, DHEA, thyroid.

Remember the ranges of those tests are not for "normal", they are the range of results for a group of people age 21 to 90.

Most new doctors want levels at the low age range. not the high age range.

I think you need to ask the one who is to perform the tests. My dr did estrogen and progestorone. Good luck
