the Aleve and Coffee OR Coke thing is working GREAT for me!!! i dont know what it is about the Caffiene and the Aleve but it works!!! (i tried it with Tylenol - Advil - Motrin and Rx Naproxen and nothing... but with Aleve it works for me!!!)i have been getting Migraine Headaches since 2003!!! almost every single week and sometimes they last for a 2-3 days... but NOW i take 2 Aleve and like a Half Cup of Black Coffee or half a Coke and in maybe a half hour (after my Aura is over) the headache goes away... i only end up with a MILD headache if any... OMG!!! i cant believe it, but IT WORKS!!!

Be careful. I have to resort to this (its the caffeine with the NSIAD) every once and awhile and it works but it causes rebound headaches. I end up with headaches for days using this treatment approach. Relief, then they just come back :( Talk to a Dr. about your headaches.
