Im on my third pack of pills, Ortho Tri Lo. (Been on them before as well) Im on my third week now. But during the first week into the pack(sunday starter), on tuesday the second day of taking the pill I threw it up. I had been drinking and didnt think to take another after throwing up, I just went right to bed. I take my pill everyday around 11pm-12am. So I didnt take my next pill untill wens. around 12amish. I have been taking it on time since than. I did start having pains in my side that week after missing the pill, maybe O pains?What couldve been spotting that week(very small red spot, happened once)same week with the side pains. Yes I did have sex that week, not-protected. But Im engaged and me and my fiance already have one child together, so if something was to happen we would both be happy. We are going to be trying soon anyways, but it would just be earlier than expected. So my question is what are my chances? My pack ends this saturday.

Well not 100% but I'd think that protection should have been used until your next pack.
I was sick 2 weeks ago. About 20 min after taking my bcp and medicine I threw up. So after I cleaned up I took another pill and have been doing so up till last night when I took the last pill of the pack. I have used protection since I threw up just to make sure not to get pregnant.

Thanks for your reply. We didnt use protection because we wouldnt mind if I did get pregnant again, since we are going to be trying sometime soon. So thats why no protection was used. I just wanted to know what the chance's of Oing would have been & getting pregnant.
