I don't go to work till 9, so I do my cardio in the AM and then 4 days of the week, I lift at night. I did HIIT in the AM on leg day and I was sorely disappointed in my lifts that night. I was running at about 70% of what I was the week previous. I probably should have known better, but obviously wasn't even thinking about it. Just food for thought. carry on.
