I've recently had surgery, and really became lazy, and actually ENJOYING IT! But I don't want to develop 'on-my-to-cellulite city' and I would like to get rid of this extra tummy fat I've gained. I can't do anything bending my archilles tendon, and I can choose to eat whatever I want. These website get me confused- anyone know a really effective exercise to help me get rid of that extra tummy fat? (I weigh only 130, but I'd like to get to 120 and NO LESS, I am not fun, I just have some extra weight I am uncomfortable with!)- and any foods I should STOP eating (well just cut out of my diet?) and others I should START eating? - thanks -

high rep/low weight resistance training might be a good way to burn off extra calories without going near the achilles. 30 minutes (or more) 3x a week with resistance bands, dumbells, barbells or machines will keep your heart rate up and help to burn off some fat. Diet will really be key, though. I don't know what your diet looks like now, but removing junk food (obviously) is an excellent start. Best foods are whole grains, lean meats, low fat dairy, fresh veggies... that kind of thing. But most important is how much you eat. Be aware of about how many calories you're taking in and keep it around 200-500 less than you burn each day. I'd be willing to bet removing junk food (sodas, fast food, all that) will make a big difference, though.

Thanks for the tips- speaking of junk foods I've developed quite a habit of eating them off and on all day. -thanks again-
