hi im 44 female be 45 in june jan 2006 i had my left ovary and tube removed but before the surgery my periods were normal the flow was but i was skipping periods every other month my dr gyn told me it was from the tumor on my ovary it was a solid filled 9 cm tumor no cancer though ok right after surgery my body went into shock BAD SHOCK TOO. then 2 mos later i got my 1st period since surgery and i went 4 days i was back to normal i still skipped every other month up till sept, sept was my last one till dec my dec one was normal too but i also ended up with thyriold disorder but the gp i was seeing refused to tests them i was begging him for over a yr too,ok after dec i never had another one then in march alls i got was very lite spotting on toilet paper one day ,i been going through some crying spells here and there ,no hotflashes or nightsweats i do have aneity but i got that 2 weeks after surgery only mines panic .i get my feelings hurt very easy my boobs hurt ever so often but according to my sister she said thyriod can do this also i had hormone test done in late feb gyn said it was normal my tsh level isnt within range yet so that may be why it does say thyriold can mess up your periods my tsh was shy high 8.45 when they finally found it after a whole yr.and as for my sexlife i dont have 1 i just dont feel interested just yet but i will im not crying as much but my new dr internal medicne D.O had me take another hormone test im waiting to see what it says .does this sound like prei or menopause?
