hey all,
im in the healthy weight range but i have a bit of a stomach and i would love to make my stomach flat but im not really sure how to do this. can anyone please give me some suggestions on what exercise might be good for this. that would be great.

You need to add some kind of aerobic exercise like walking ,running to reduce the layer of fat . In addition to this add exercises ,pilates is great for working the abs and gives the body a long lean look , improving posture so you look taller and slimmer .

Hi there,

You should go some aerobic type of exercise like walking to reduce the layer of fat . In addition do exercises for the abs . I think that Pilates is the best for giving a long lean line , also improving posture to look taller and leaner .
