I just seen this add on tv about this 90 day workout by Beach Body. They send you some tapes and stuff and you workout to them everyday. I was wondering if anybody has heard of or used this item, and to tell me if it works or not. Any reply's would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Any program works if you use it consistently. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif
I have a few BB products and they are decent enough. The sets are low budget, if that matters to you. P90 gets a little boring after a while. You alternate cardio with sculpting 6 days a week. I got bored pretty quick, but I have a short attention span. If you like having a set routine, then it's a good product.
If you want variety and are in pretty good shape, you might consider the Power Half Hour series instead. It has 5 different workouts that focus on different areas.

Hey this is so funny because I just asked about this same product in this forum and noone replied. Anyways when I posted in the wieghtloss forum they gave me a couple answers. They said it works really well. They had some friends who tried it and it really worked. I am going to be ordering it at the end of the month. I really need to have a set schedule with this sort of thing. I got a picture back of me from about a month ago and it finally hit me that I needed help. I am 5'2" and I weigh 214 pounds. I didn't think I looked so bad or that I really had a serious problem until I looked at that pic. Well needless to say I am on the wieghtloss wagon and that includes excercise. Any tips would be great. I'll keep you posted about P90 once I get started. Much love Sunnie

I have to admit I've used a lot of workout tapes, and the best ones out there are The Firm tapes. They guarantee results in ten works, and I'll tell you they are right. They kick butt, and they have all fitness levels, from beginner to advance. I love them, and highly recommend them. My only problem is I need to find time in my busy schedule to workout. But good luck in which ever program you chose to use.
