ok i need help! I'm only fourteen years old and I'm about 5'4" and weigh 140 pounds. People tell me I'm not fat but I feel overweight. Is there any excercises I can do to maybe shape my stomach and make it hard. (maybe even a nice little six pack...?) also, i used to do gymnastics so i have a lot of upper-body strength and I used to have pretty nice pects but they got kinda flabby when i stopped doing it. is there any excercises that i could do to work those out to? thanks for your help
