After testing mildly for peanuts, shellfish, and citrus allergies, I'm modifying my diet to avoid these foods. I take flaxseed Oil capsules supplements, is this okay to take since I've tested positive for shellfish?

Your shellfish allergy is most likely iodine. The flax seed oil comes from a plant and should be alright.
